I am so happy you’ve found your way here! My deepest hope is that this website will inspire, empower, and provide you with practical steps toward your journey of well-being—in mind, body, and spirit. We live in a time of overwhelming health information, but little attention is paid to the small daily steps needed to reach your goals. Three to Thrive empowers people to take those small steps toward a life of thriving instead of just surviving.

Trish Breckenridge provides wellness coaching for individuals and groups in-person or virtually. Compassionate, scientifically researched holistic health coaching empowers individuals and communities to develop agency in their life choices to be more fulfilled, alive, connected, and peaceful in Mind, Body, and Spirit.
Together we can move beyond our current symptom-focused medical model of health care to maintain health, recover from illness, and prevent disease more effectively. This is achieved through discussing current best practices, writing, sharing resources, community support, and individualized goal setting.
In the coaching process you will develop and implement a personal wellness blueprint that may include: improved sleep habits, brain health, self-compassion, stress management, nutrition, movement, habit change, spiritual exploration, connection/community, hormone balance, goal setting, and longevity/healthy aging.
