Payment + Appointment + Cancellation Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking. All payments are final and non-transferrable. Private 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours of appointment time. Within 24 hours, all rescheduling requests incur a 50% rescheduling fee. The ability to reschedule an appointment expires 6 months after the original appointment date. There are no refunds. Three to Thrive Wellness Coaching, LLC reserves the right to amend these policies at any time.
