Thrive Groups

Three to Thrive Wellness groups empower individuals to take control of their own well-being through the support of a community and the application of practical solutions. Equal parts education, support group, and workshop, these 6-week groups offer all you need to make positive and lasting change in your health and well-being. You will meet in a small group with 6 to 10 other people in similar situations, to learn how to establish a sense of thriving with a full toolbox that includes everything you need to take those small steps toward the life you love.

Is a Thrive group for you?

 

  • You want something different—a change in your life, or perhaps more than one change.

  • You are doing well in some ways and not so well in others.

  • You have been told by a medical professional to exercise, improve your diet, and live a healthier lifestyle, but you have yet to establish sustainable habits.

  • You are overwhelmed with all the latest health and diet trends and uncertain which direction to take. You wonder what “eating healthy” even means.

  • You are strong and yet you struggle.

  • You are open to learning from others and their experiences.

  • You are motivated to take clear, actionable steps toward a healthier you.

  • You are ready to take the time to invest in your health, well-being, and longevity!

Your investment includes:

 

  • An initial assessment/intake questionnaire to help determine which lifestyle changes are your highest priorities, your individual goals, and strengths

  • Weekly 60-minute in-person group meetings for six weeks (option to join by zoom after first meeting)

  • Communication between meetings (FB group, email, or other options)

  • A take-home Workbook/Toolkit of actionable tools to maintain your life-long health

Individual Coaching (online or in person)

Individual wellness coaching offers a safe, private space to discuss your well-being and to understand past challenges, current strengths, and future goals, empowering you to establish small, simple changes to create your best life. Three to Thrive will offer:

  • Acceptance in meeting you where you are today

  • Assistance to define a higher purpose for your health and well-being (create your unique health vision)

  • Guidance in the process of setting achievable goals in the areas of movement, nutrition, sleep/recovery, energy patterns, mental health, and other lifestyle patterns

  • Intentional and compassionate guidance toward your first steps

  • Encouragement in self-efficacy, self-compassion, and confidence toward overcoming obstacles

  • Accountability and support as you implement changes throughout your life

  • Inspiration and encouragement to go beyond what you might accomplish by yourself

 

Packages-

3 months or 6 months (save $50)

Your individual coaching package includes:

  • Intake session (90 minutes) to review health questionnaire and establish initial wellness vision

  • Two 50-minute individual sessions per month

  • Online support between sessions

  • A toolbox of printed and online resources

  • Access to my monthly newsletter blog for inspiration and current best practices

  • My personal commitment to your well-being and success

Change takes time, and it can be intimidating! After your intake session, coaching sessions will keep you moving forward. I’ll stand alongside you, offering accountability and support as you navigate new, unfamiliar habits.

  • Specific focus area of your choice (such as mindfulness, stress/recovery, finding joy in movement, brain health, self-compassion, sleep habits, brain health, nutrition)

  • Three 45 minute meetings

  • Daily email inspiration

  • Access to monthly newsletter
